We are looking for sessions related to EMPLOYER or COMMUNITY health and well-being. Sessions that feature the employer perspective and case studies and employer-specific data/examples are encouraged. Breakout sessions are NOT sales promotion opportunities for speakers or their businesses.

Desirable topics include:

Speakers should address practical “how-to” strategies. We kindly ask for no vendor demonstrations.

Strong interest in organizational structure and sustainability, especially for employers at different stages.

We are also seeking advanced, strategically-oriented and practical presentations and speakers.

Turning in a presentation abstract does not guarantee you a spot on the agenda. The Summit agenda committee will decide from the submitted presentations which are appropriate for the agenda. You are welcome to submit multiple presentations.

The submission deadline has passed for the 2026 event. Only submissions provided via the online portal will be considered by the committee; please do not submit presentations via email to Indiana Chamber or Wellness Council staff.

Notification of Selection

You will be notified if you are chosen by early June 2026.

Benefits of speaking at the Indiana Wellness Summit include the following:

Speaker Payment Policy

No speaker honorarium or fees will be paid to any breakout session speaker for this Summit. We do not cover meals outside of those provided at the Summit, nor provide a per diem.

Speaker Travel Policy

We will provide up to one night (one room per speaker) at the summit hotel for speakers traveling from outside of central Indiana. All other travel costs incurred are the responsibility of the speaker (subject to change).

We are not seeking keynotes at this time. The CFP form is for breakout/technical sessions only.
