AchieveWELL Awards Luncheon Keynote Presentation: Creating a Thriving Culture: It’s a Two-Way Street
Rebecca Johnson, Co-Founder and COO, Vidl Solutions, Inc.
When it comes to creating a high-performing company that can sustain the test of time, business leaders and wellbeing professionals often focus on improving the health and productivity of the employees. While this is clearly an important part of the equation, developing a thriving organization is a two-way street. Not only do employees need to give their best to the company, the company needs to create the conditions that foster this outcome. This session focuses on the reciprocal relationship between top-performing companies and their employees. We’ll explore a fresh perspective on the challenges employees face in balancing the demands of work with their own wellbeing – and offer a simple and unique model business leaders and wellbeing professionals can use to build a thriving culture where employees can fulfill their potential at work and at home.
