AchieveWELL is the Wellness Council of Indiana’s workplace wellness assessment, evaluation and recognition program. It guides organizations through their own wellness journey toward comprehensive and consistent workplace well-being efforts. Standards are progressive from the 3-Star Award through the 5-Star Award.

Navigate your way through the Wellness Expo and visit our partners, sponsors and exhibitors. Door prizes will be announced throughout the reception on September 17 and all day on September 18.
Participate in the Expo game to be eligible for the grand prize of $500 cash. Must be present to win!

September 17-18
We know how tough it is to sit all day – so don’t! Activity breaks will be offered during educational session breaks:

  • September 17:
    • 10:45 a.m. – Recharge Stretch
    • 2:45 p.m. – Hip Hop Stretch
  • September 18:
    • 10:00 a.m. – Recharge Stretch
    • 1:15 p.m. – Hip Hop Stretch
    • 2:45 p.m. – Light Yoga
  • Complimentary Chair massages – Available during the Wellness Expo on September 18 only

Take a break, join a colleague and add some extra steps to your day. Follow the inside walking trail, with step counts provided.

September 18

Join Beyond Monumental for a free, casual morning run/walk on Wednesday, September 18th at 6:30 AM. The group will meet in the lobby of the JW Marriott (10 S. West St, Indianapolis, IN 46204) and head out for a 30-minute run/walk along the Indianapolis Canal. All ages and abilities are welcome!

Light refreshments will be provided post-run. All participants of the morning run/walk will receive a FREE gift at the Beyond Monumental Expo Booth at the Health & Wellness Summit.

We are happy to participate in the Back on My Feet Shoe Box Recycling program again this year! Back on My Feet combats homelessness through the power of running, community support and essential employment and housing resources. You can contribute by donating gently used shoes for men, women, and children at the conference. Click here for a list of acceptable donations. For more information on Back on My Feet please visit!

We are also happy to partner with Teachers’ Treasures to donate all unused registration bags, pens, notepads, hygiene/wellness items, exhibitor giveaways and more. The mission of this organization is to obtain and distribute school supplies free to teachers of students in need. Drop your donations at the station near registration.
